Bah, Happy Valentine’s Day
I for one am spending it with my significant other, my boards review book.
But it’s not all bad. There’s a new Indiana Jones trailer out.
And rejected Shoebox Greeting Cards:
Oh, and by the way? Paget’s Disease? I hate you and all the damn questions about you.
Oh Graham, I totally feel ya there, I’m spending valentine’s day with my pathology notes :(
Good luck on the boards!!
At least your Significant Other isn’t expecting a diamond….
I spent the day another day single and wishing to be put out of my misery as I dealing with a case of gastritist. (sp.) Good luck with the boards. Sarah
Dude,
Seems like you have been studying nonstop for weeks. I had 24-48hrs for CS and 5 days for CK. Do it and get it over with….except you are juggling for a 255 or 260, relax and just finish these exams. I don’t believe studying helped me that much except for antibiotics and OB/GYN. However, goodluck.
PS: No matter how hard you study, I think you’ll always feel like you can do more before and after the exam. The truth: you are competent enough to make it this far, you’ll comfortably do well on these exams so catch a movie or go out jogging, because you are worth it (arrgh, I sound like one of those fake celebrities on L’Oreal commercials).
And you know, I’m sure, that there are two entirely different Paget’s diseases!
I agree about jogging or swimming or any other kind of sport…it really helps and I remember reading sth about sport and relax helping to be more creative..well Einstein did sail and Sklodowska-Curie liked to bike with her husband…;)and about studying long hours – on our neurology exam we had 10 questions about the moya-moya disease (the only thing I knew about it was that it exists and is extremly rare :p)and I think that even if I had an extra week to study I still wouldn’t read anything about it:) Good luck !
