Could a general surgeon or OB please explain to me how you stuff a plastic grocery bag full of cocaine packets into your vagina and it makes its way into your abdomen? I know the fallopian tubes connect to the abdomen, but seriously, what the hell?

hey graham!! peter and i reviewed that imagine from the NEJM. i think the cocaine probably necrosed through the wall and ended up in the abdomen with a pocket of scar tissue surrounding it. but yeah, dude, knowing that she had cocaine in her vagina would have been good to know but i have no idea how you could have gotten that out of her during the H&P.
