Apple iPhone
Ok, so I’m a big geek and super excited about Apple’s new iPhone they just announced; is it just me, or are we getting close to the tricorder era already? (Yes, I’m a Star Trek nerd, too.)

This is a medical weblog--a collection of thoughts about medicine, medical training, and health policy--written by a fifth-year medical student.
I recently stopped blogging, as I graduated from medical school and I'm now a physician in my residency training in New York City. But feel free to read and enjoy!

Not a StarTrek fan, but definitely an Apple fan and am equally excited about the new phone. :) My husband was quite upset that I saw it before he did. There’s been all the debate about whether or not it will be a good phone and is it worth the cost. Apple lovers are like Harley lovers….you stick with the brand you know and it doesn’t matter how much it costs. We’ve already talked to our favorite Cingular salesperson about contacting us the minute they get them in. ha ha Guess I better start working some extra shifts to pay for it. :)
haha, if apple just added a compass, a gps system, and a body thermometer–we have a tricorder. :D
trivia: some canadian company actually managed to make something of its sorts called the TR-107 Mark 1. Then again, the company closed up shop.
god, i’m such a star trek fan… its actually starting to embarrass me.
