Anyone know of a website or resource where I can find out what qualifies as a website that would need to have HIPAA standards on it? If people submit their information voluntarily to Medslist, would it really have to be HIPAA compliant?

If it’s free and “use at your own risk,” I can’t imagine why, what is essentailly a beta version, would need to be compliant. A simple disclaimer should do the trick.
Besides, since it’s self-monitored, what to stop someone from posting under a psuedonym or just making stuff up?
